The Realtors® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin operates the Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service. The Service has approximately 300 offices, about 1000 subscribers and covers 22 counties.
Participation in Northwestern Wisconsin MLS is limited to Realtors®. Participants and subscribers in the Service enjoy WiREX, and reciprocal privileges with the Central Wisconsin (Mosinee), Metro (Milwaukee, includes La Crosse) and Superior multiple listing services. Participants also have access to ListHub, an opt-in listing syndication service that allows participants to determine on which websites their listing inventory should be displayed.
NW WI MLS uses a state-of-the art, web-based CoreLogic MarketLinx product created specifically to meet the needs of its members. This online solution enables MLS participants and subscribers to access more than 150,000 properties online. Limited property information is available to consumers on realtor.com and the web sites of brokers who participate in the Internet Data Exchange program.
The MLS Rules & Regulations, input procedures and forms, and IDX information located on this page are intended to provide participants and subscribers guidelines and assistance when inputting listing data into the MLS. We invite and encourage copies to be saved and/or printed for reference and use.
Participantis the designated Realtor®/Broker of the company and is responsible for payment of bi-monthly MLS dues for all subscribers within the company.
Subsciber is an agent within a Participant's company that has access to the MLS by placing their real estate license with a Participant.
