Eau Claire, WI - The REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin has been approved by the National Association of REALTORS® to expand its jurisdiction to include townships in Ashland and Bayfield counties in Wisconsin.

“With an expanded jurisdiction, more REALTORS® in these counties are able to benefit in continuing education, political advocacy and the many other benefits being a member provides,” said Brenda Barnhardt, REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin Executive Vice President.

The approved application to the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin assigns the following townships in Bayfield County: Delta, Drummond, Grand View, Kelly, Lincoln and Mason; and the following townships in Ashland County: Agenda, Butternut, Chippewa, Gordon, Jacobs, Peeksville and Shanagolden to the REALTORS® jurisdiction.

Barnhardt says,“We are honored to have an expanded jurisdiction. The REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin is the largest geographic association in the state and having the chance to expand and serve more communities is an excellent benefit to all members.”

The REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin is the professional trade association that all professional REALTORS® residing within the association jurisdiction belong to.
