Participation in Northwestern Wisconsin MLS, which uses InnoVia as its online system, is limited to Realtors®. Participants and users in the Service enjoy reciprocity with the Superior, Metro and Central Wisconsin MLS.

MLS Information

The Realtors® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin operates the Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service. The Service has approximately 380 offices and 1200 subscribers; and covers 22 counties. The system is fully computerized and has information on 11,000 listings. A subset of MLS content is posted on realtor.com and on the web sites of brokers who participate in the Internet Data Exchange program.
