Eau Claire, WI - Home sales grew slightly in October both across the state and locally, according to the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.
“We're still in a seller's market, with inventory remaining tight, but REALTORS® are still moving homes quickly,” said REALTORS® Association of Northwest Wisconsin Executive Vice President Brenda Barnhardt.
Locally, in Buffalo County, home sales in October 2019 were more than double the sales in October 2018, and year to date home sales in Buffalo County are up 25.2% compared to this time last year.
Home sales in Chippewa County were up 13.1% this October compared to October 2018, and year to date are up 11.2% compared to the same period in 2018.
“If you're looking to buy, be ready to move quickly and work with a REALTOR® who can find you the right home,” added Gary Brenizer, RANWW board president.
