Posted: 02.22.21

The American Society of Association Executives has announced that RANWW Executive Vice President Brenda Barnhardt has earned the prestigious credential of Certified Association Executive (CAE®).
“I’m so honored and proud to achieve this designation. It’s one I’ve worked so hard to complete for the betterment of our non-profit organization,” said RANWW Executive Vice President Brenda Barnhardt.
The Certified Association Executive designation is only bestowed on a handful of executive level managers in the U.S. each year, with only 4,500 total passing the rigorous coursework to achieve the title. Applicants must have experience leading a non-profit, complete a minimum of 100 hours of specialized development, pass a stringent examination in association management, and pledge to uphold a code of ethics. The CAE® program is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
“This designation is the culmination of years of experience and intense study to better serve our REALTORS®, our association and the public at large. I’m grateful for the support from our dedicated board members and our staff,” Barnhardt added.
The REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin is the professional trade association that all professional REALTORS® residing within the association jurisdiction belong to. The association provides educational opportunities for its members, is active in local, state and national advocacy efforts, engages in community outreach through charitable giving, operates its own private foundation to help homeowners in need and remains a positive force for the members they serve.
